I make my beads with the utmost care and desire to make my customers happy. If you are unhappy with your beads, please let me know.
I pay for shipping to you, however if you would like insurance it will be added to your invoice. I personally take all mail directly to the post office and drop it off. As of right now, I ship 2 times a week. This is on Tuesday and Friday. This does not mean that I do not ship at other times! If I need to go sooner I will!
